• Ice Disk Technique

  This jutsu turns the moisture particles in the air into an ice disk. They can be hurled with tremendous force at a target and are hard to dodge because of their transparency. They can also be strung together to spy on areas. They can also be used defensively, creating highly durable shields or disks to stand on to hover in the air. By forming the ice into a large lens, the user can hover in the sky to focus the rays of the sun into a powerful beam capable of melting and exploding the pinpointed area.
  
  
  
• Ice Prison Technique

  This jutsu allows the user to infuse their chakra with ice underground and bring it to the surface. The user can then trap their opponent within the ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in the ice. This jutsu is strong enough to withstand basic fire jutsu, because the ice has already been infused with the user's chakra. This allows this jutsu to double as a defensive technique, by the user encasing themselves in the ice.
  
  
• Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard

  An Ice Release technique formed from already existing ice. After forming the needed hand seal, the user will thrust his arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn. When it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air.

  This jutsu allows the user to create a humongous whale, the size of a small island, out of ice to attack their opponent. The user needs a source of ice in order to use this technique. This jutsu is used more as a distraction technique, or to block an opponent’s movements, because of its size.
  
  
• Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm

  This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings.

  This jutsu allows the user to create a giant tiger made out of ice. The user needs a nearby source of ice in order to use this jutsu. This jutsu is cold enough to freeze any Water Release techniques it comes into contact with.

  An advanced version of Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard in which the user releases two dragons of black snow that merge into a massive tornado. This jutsu manipulates existing ice and does not create ice.

  This jutsu allows the user to cause an avalanche when near a mountain and transform the falling snow into a pack of wolves to attack the opponent. This technique has a weakness to lightning based jutsu.

  This jutsu creates a blade of wind. The blade is said to be impossible to block because of its intangible nature.
  
  
• Spiraling Wind Ball

  This jutsu allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small ball shape whirlwind. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This jutsu seems to be very fast and very powerful seeing as it is capable of smashing through thick rock.

  This technique creates a large explosion of wind from the user's location, easily leveling everything in its path. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

  This jutsu will infuse wind-based chakra into bladed weapons. The user can than manipulate the blades in a spinning manner to attack the target.

  A large slicing wind will be created which can cut through his opponent. This can be used to immobilize large targets. This technique can also be used to divide and neutralize an incoming wind attack launched against the user and make it harmless.

  A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade. This sword can also go through most fire jutsu.
  
  
• Tornado of Water

  A technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
  
  
• Water Clone Technique

  The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

  Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique is a technique that forms a strong column of water to attack an opponent. Due to the force of the water, the target will be fully enveloped and at the mercy of the current as they are pulled away.

  This technique allows the user to propel themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask their presence.

  Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique takes the form of a giant, powerful dragon, created out of water. This jutsu needs forty-four hand seals, the highest amount of hand seals necessary to use a jutsu shown in the series so far. Another drawback to the technique is that it requires the user to be near a large body of water to complete the technique.

  Comrade Winter begins chanting "Kolkolkol" and, using this as a trigger, begins his genjutsu. This illusion is used mainly for distraction purposes, as Comrade Winter infuses chakra into the sound, distorting the chant so much that echos may be heard in different voices.
  
  
• Demonic Winter Wasteland

  Either by starting with Demonic Winter Bell or simply chanting, Comrade Winter activates the Demonic Winter Wasteland. This genjutsu places the foe in a mythical snow-covered tundra with dull blue-grey skies. A bell tower, stuck on three o'clock (the devil's time), looms in the distance while chiming Comrade Winter's sound of "Kolkolkol." This is meant to confuse the target while still having the distracting trigger of the possible first genjutsu still a constant. In this genjutsu, Comrade Winter dodges and evades all attacks without effort and uses a whip of malleable ice as an offensive. This genjutsu will continue until the foe or Soren breaks the genjutsu or someone directs chakra into the foe's body. In order to execute this genjutsu, Comrade Winter must stop all attacks and stand completely still so that the chakra control is maintained. This jutsu takes a great reservoir of chakra to hold, and as such, Comrade Winter may break this jutsu himself in order to reserve chakra. It is mainly used in one-on-one duels because of its requirements.
