Kekkai Genkai Description
The Yokan is an ability exclusive to the Muzan clan. They're ability stems from living in the land of snow for generations, living off the land. They're bodies are unnaturally cold and capable of survive extremely cold conditions. They are also capable of rapidly cooling the air in their general vicinity which allows them to create ice and snow inside the cooled area instead of needing pre existing ice and snow. Though majority of the clan don't know this as they rarely become shinobi.
Clan History
The Muzan clan has lived in the land of snow for generations. Living as nomads they wandered, living off the land. Avoiding the main roads, keeping to themselves. The clans history is uneventful and they have never been involved in any of the great ninja conflicts. They keep to themselves. There is speculation on whether the clan has died off after the land of snow thawed out or if they travelled to another cold part of the land.

Description A simple ability which allows the user to cool the air around them at an ever greater distance than what they normally do. The air will cool to sub zero temperatures in a three kilometre radius in all directions.
Name Hyou [Hail-Ice balls]

Description The user creates balls of ice they shoot an an opponent. They are simple balls of ice roughly the size of a fist.

Description Another simple jutsu where the user creates long thin pieces of ice which can be fired at an opponent. Almost like senbon.

Description A rather powerful jutsu where the user creates a pillar of ice which towers into the sky. The Pillars can be used as a defence, to escape an attack or can be moved and flung at opponents or buildings.
Name Aisuken [Ice Blade]

Description The user extends his arm then creates a blade of ice that shoots out and attempts to impale the enemy. The blade is as strong as steel.
Name Tenka- kakuheki [Snow Wall]

Description The user stamps their foot and creates a solid wall of snow which can block most physical and doton attacks.

Description The user creates a wave of snow which they send flying at an opponant. Size and strength depends on how much chakra is poured into the wave.
Name Aisu Koutetsu [Ice armour]

Description The user is capable of creating a layer of ice on certain area's of their body as protection. It is not a continuous jutsu however and the ice will fall away once finished. It can also be used as an offence by creating the ice around the arms and using it to strengthen you're attacks.
Name Fubuki [Snow storm]

Description Using their wind, water and ice elements all in one jutsu the user brings fills the sky with dark clouds and summons a massive snow storm. It takes a little while to set up as they use the wind to bring the clouds and it's a clear day without a cloud in the sky the ability may not be able to work. If it is overcast or cloudy the user does not need to use the wind to summon the clouds. It can be a chakra eating and time consuming jutsu.

Description Used with the Hyoutenka tech the users creates a field of snow within the cooled area and is capable of manipulating the snow as they will. Manipulating the snow constantly drains chakra and will often leave the user weak if not unconscious depending on how long it is used for.

Description This ability is one exclusive to Shoichi. Using his clans ability he cools his body even further making his heart slow and makes his skin as cold and as hard as solid Ice. Then using abilities he learnt from the hokage he uses chakra to enhance his speed and strength. By slowing his heart rate and hardening his skin he makes his body able to withstand extreme speed and attacks normal humans wouldn't. If he uses this tech to long however he may damage his heart beyond repair.
