She is also very loud and will shout and yell when she feels like it without much concern for who is around. When on missions she makes it a point to put there safety and the success of the mission above her habits and opinions. She is most outspoken around the two people she is closes with, Shikamaru and Choji. While they are her closest friends she is also hardest on them because of there less energetic natures she tends to command them around and lead the team. She knows she is very bossy to them, but she does it out of care for them. She can come off as selfish, but Ino has a very kind and has a compassionate side. She cares deeply for others even if she won't let it show on the surface. Ino can be very vain and takes great pride in her appearance this has given her quite an obsession with dieting and weight watching. She is a bit of a boy chaser and thinks that keeping thin will make her more attractive. Deep down she still cares for Sasuke despite all that he had done, she wants to believe there is good in him still, she wishes she could do more for him like Sakura and Naruto do. When it comes down to it Ino will do what it takes to protect what is important to her, her team and her village. She knows that the Will of Fire is strong in her and in those around her and she plans to help pass that will onto the next generation. [/style]

She is very conscious about how she looks and takes great pride in her appearance. The clothes she wears have gotten a lot more revealing and feminine as she has grown. She normally will wear her waist length hair pulled back in a ponytail with her bangs off to her right side and a red clip on the left side, her long hair is something she has great pride in and she has not cut it short since the Chunin Exams. Her normal clothes are a short, sleeveless purple top and a short purple skirt with slit sides that is on top of a short black skirt. She also has a flak jacket that is given to all Chunin, but she does not wear it very often. She wears fishnet, leggings underneath that. Her outfit gives a nice view of her well toned stomach. Which is something that she is rather proud of. She has fishnet warmers over her elbows and knees. She also still wears the earrings that were given to her and the rest of Team 10 by Asuma Sensei after the Chunin Exams, to her they are a constant reminder of all her team has gone through. In her family the earrings are a way to show that she is now an adult and there was a ceremony for each of them when they received them. She also carries the normal weapon holster on her right side and a medical pouch. Ino is very proud that she can now use medical ninjutsu, it was a difficult path for her and she has studied hard to learn all she can. Mother Hanako Yamanaka, 36 – Civilian, works in family flower shop It was late September when Inoichi finally became a father, just one day after his friend Shikaku Nara also beacme a father. Tho Inoichi was now father to a beautiful blonde daughter. Nothing could have made him and his wife any happier, they decided to name her Ino. Ino was a happy child, as the only child in the family she was given a lot of freedom. This allowed her to grow into a very strong willed and independent young child. Ino was a very friendly little girl, and was very confident in her looks and how she acted. Ino was in the Academy when she found the girl who she would have the longest friendship and rivalry with. Sakura Haruno. Ino chose to help the poor pink haired girl with too large a forehead, and start her down a road to confidence. It was a short lived friendship, because both girls shared a mutual attraction to Sasuke Uchiha they parted ways and became rivals in there love for him and in everything else. As she grew Ino studied hard in her school work allowing her to become an even stronger person. She graduated in the top of her class along with Sasuke Uchiha and Shino Aburame. She was then paired with Jonin Asuma Sarutobi in Team 10 along with Shikamaru Nara and Choji Akimichi. This was following tradition as her father had been in a team with the fathers of her team mates for as long as she could remember. She knew that someday they would become a powerful team and a force to be reckoned with. For a time they went on missions and trained as a team, then they were told about the Chunin exams and it had been decided that they would participate. The first test was the easiest for them as it was just information gathering. It was the Second exam where things got a lot harder, but somehow they not only managed to pass it, but she reconnected with Sakura after she forced her teammates into helping Sakura protect her unconscious teammates against ninja from the sound village. It was after 5 days in the Forest of Death they managed to get both scrolls and pass the test. It was discovered that there were too many students so they would now have to fight each other to make it to the final round. First from her team was Shikamaru and with no surprise he was the winner. Next was her match against Sakura, they were equal fighters so Ino both in anger and to help her win Ino cut her long blond hair and used it to hold Sakura in place so she could use her Mind Body Switch which allowed her to take over Sakura's body. Due to the loud mouth Naruto saying something to Sakura Ino was ejected from Sakuras body. In a final attack both girls were knocked out so Ino was unable to move to the final round. Her other teammate Choji was also defeated in his match. In the month they had to rest before the final round Choji was hospitalized for a short while because of overeating, but in the end he was able to accompany Ino to watch Shikamaru fight his match in the final round. Which she was very excited for and cheered for Shikamaru in a loud voice. She was rather shocked when Choji's guess that he would give up turned out to be right. She is a strong beliver that he could have won that match no problem. She was happy when she later learned that Shikamaru was to become a Chunin. Ino was knocked unconscious during the invasion. Ino was hurt when Saskue left yet she would not falter and pushed herself by 14 she had made it to the rank of Chunin and she continues to work on her skills as a ninja both in the medical field and on the Yamanaka Clan techniques.
